Return Policy

We want you to love what you got — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you. 
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 
Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been worn.
How to get started:
Simply shoot us an email at info@jewelryalexandriaco.com with the subject line Return Order (your order number) and we’ll take it from there. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in original packaging.

 

Not Eligible for Return
Surprise Boxes and sale items are final sale — these pieces cannot be returned. All sales on these items are final, no exceptions.

 

A few things to keep in mind:
Shipping costs are not refundable
Our return system does not support international orders
•   If your order includes a free gift, the free gift must also be returned. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps. ✨

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect everything and keep you posted — no ghosting, we promise. 
If your refund is approved, you’ll automatically get your money back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process and post it on their end — that part is out of our hands!

Got free shipping on your order?
Just a heads up — if your order qualified for free shipping and you request a return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
